Direct-to-Consumer Marketing Manager

Our marketing team is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and digital savvy individual to manage marketing, merchandising, and analytics for our consumer website. Candidate will develop and implement strategy for outbound email campaigns, manage consumer web data and testing, and be responsible for driving customer average order, conversion rate, and overall traffic & sales.   

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage direct-to-consumer digital marketing & merchandising
  • Merchandise the website to maximize sales of each visitor
  • Drive average order, conversion rate and overall traffic
  • Determine testing and analytics parameters and analysis
  • Outline annual plan for outbound email campaigns for DTC channel
  • Assist in managing & merchandising Joor (wholesale website)
  • Serve as contact for outsourced website resources and oversee activities including but not limited to: Abandon Cart, Google Analytics, SEO, CPC, Remarketing & Retargeting
  • This position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing 

Knowledge & skill requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years relevant professional experience in e-commerce / digital marketing, preferably with experience in email marketing and/or experience working in a web platform 
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and web development very important 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to react to shifting priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong attention to detail
