Associate Account Executive
Overall Responsibility: Maximizing sales growth by utilizing strong analytical skills with the ability to build a strong rapport with key accounts
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Develop sales strategy to deliver year over year growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Drive sales and margin at key accounts through maximizing opportunities and mitigating liabilities
- Grow each account in coordination with commando marketing, production and design teams
- Work with buy teams to optimize replenishment and fashion assortment
- Review & analyze weekly selling reports, making recommendation to management and sales teams
- Work with commando merchandisers to ensure department store success
- Participate in market week planning and execution
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
- Strong organization and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work comfortably in Excel
- 2-3 years of retail buying or planning experience
- Occasional travel required
- Must be driven and passionate about the brand
