Overall Responsibility: Maximizing sales growth by utilizing strong analytical skills with the ability to build a strong rapport with key accounts

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Develop sales strategy to deliver year over year growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts
  • Drive sales and margin at key accounts through maximizing opportunities and mitigating liabilities
  • Grow each account in coordination with commando marketing, production and design teams
  • Work with buy teams to optimize replenishment and fashion assortment
  • Review & analyze weekly selling reports, making recommendation to management and sales teams
  • Work with commando merchandisers to ensure department store success
  • Participate in market week planning and execution

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

  • Strong organization and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work comfortably in Excel
  • 2-3 years of retail buying or planning experience
  • Occasional travel required
  • Must be driven and passionate about the brand
