Customer Experience Specialist 


As a Customer Experience Specialist, you are responsible for managing and responding to customer inquiries & feedback, ensuring that all Commando customers have an excellent experience with the brand.  As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be a key part of the eCommerce team.  You will also work closely with the Marketing & Fulfillment teams. 


Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Consistently provide genuine, friendly, personable and professional customer service; prepare orders accurately and efficiently with attention to detail 
  • Work with our warehouse shipping & operations teams to answer customer inquiries & ensure successful delivery of any replacement products if needed. 
  • Proactively advise Marketing & Sales teams of recurring customer feedback (positive or negative) as well as requests for product 
  • Represent the voice of the customer within the walls of Commando
  • Protect customer interests and recommend enhancements to website user experience based on customer feedback and any known upgrades to tool suite 
  • Monitor and maintain online product review platform; actively respond to website reviews to create a clear line of communication with consumers
  • Maintain Customer Experience Handbook with any updates to process
  • Share Customer Experience Data, including volume of inquiries related to any positive or negative experiences 
  • Support the e-Commerce & Marketing teams in management and merchandising of products on wearcommando.com 
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Follow all ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by the company and the department
  • Adhere to Commando’s inventory control procedures 

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 yrs customer service experience
  • 1 - 2 yrs experience in working with customer service e-commerce platform (Ex. Shopify, Magento, Demandware, etc)
  • Ability to work to time constraints, independently and with teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment 
  • Interest in fashion & current trends
  • Team player with entrepreneurial spirit
