Shipping

Delivery times will vary based on your shipping address and chosen shipping method. Most orders will ship between 1-2 business days after being placed. Please note, delivery dates are estimated and subject to change. Orders placed with expedited shipping after 12:00pm EST on Monday through Thursday or after 10:00am EST on Friday will ship the following business day.  Please allow up to 3-5 business days for Standard & Premium order processing during promotional periods.

We currently use USPS, UPS and FedEx as our shipping carriers and applicable rates are populated on the shipping page at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $100 (within the US). Premium shipping is free on orders over $200 (within the US). For orders under $100, a shipping fee will be added. For faster shipping options, please refer to the rates listed during checkout. 

    We will send you a shipping confirmation and a tracking number when your order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped by Commando, we depend on our carriers (UPS & FedEx) to ensure the package is delivered on time. We kindly ask that you please notify our Customer Experience Team of any order issues within one week of delivery.

    Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

    Order Cancellations

    As long as an order has not been shipped, it may be canceled within 1 hour of being placed. To cancel or edit an order please select the edit/cancel link found at the bottom of your order confirmation email. Please reach out to customer service at info@wearcommando.com if you are outside of that time frame and we will try our best to accommodate you.

    Domestic Returns/Exchanges

    We accept returns from items purchased on wearcommando.com. We cannot accept or process returns & exchanges from major department, boutique stores and other online retailers. All returns and exchanges purchased from retail stores and other online retailers must be returned at their location of purchase. 

    Please note, orders placed through Facebook or Instagram are not eligible for exchanges or store credit.

    We accept returns within 30 days of ship date if unworn with original tags attached, or unopened in original packaging. For your first return, enjoy a free shipping label! Subsequent returns are subject to a $9.99 shipping label fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

    We’re pleased to offer free exchanges made directly for the same item in a different size or color.

    Returns must be shipped with the corresponding shipping label and packing slip provided. We kindly ask that multiple returns are not combined into one shipment.

     International Returns

    We only accept returns from items purchased on wearcommando.com. We cannot accept or process returns from retail stores and other online retailers. All items purchased from retail stores and other online retailers must be returned at their location of purchase. 

    We accept returns within 30 days of ship date if unworn with original tags attached, or unopened in original packaging. International returns are subject to a $25 USD shipping label fee. Please note that any duties & taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

    International Exchanges: 

    At this time, we are unable to process exchanges for international purchases. If a size or color change is needed, our Customer Experience team will gladly assist you with processing a return and repurchase of a new item. 

    Discount Codes & Promotions: 

    Only one discount code may be applied per order. Promotion prices will not be honored once a promotion has ended. Promotional prices end as of the communicated end date listed in each promotion's respective disclaimer.

    Gift Cards: 

    Please allow one business day for all E-Gift Cards to be fulfilled. E-Gift Cards placed over the weekend will be fulfilled the following business day. 

     

    Route Package Protection

    Route offers premium package protection for your Commando order, giving you peace of mind in case of any unfortunate incidents such as lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. 

    What is Route Package Protection?

    Route Package Protection is an added layer of security for your online orders. By selecting Route Package Protection at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

    How does Route Package Protection work?

    When you opt for Route Package Protection, you have the assurance that your order is covered in case of any mishaps during shipping. If you need to file a claim, simply reach out to the Route team, and your claim will be reviewed for approval within 24-48 hours. You may be eligible for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

    What are Route's terms and conditions?

    It's important to note that if your order does not have Route Package Protection, Commando is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping. Route's terms and conditions provide clear guidelines on how the protection service works and what is covered under it.

    How much does Route Package Protection cost?

    Route Package Protection is an affordable way to safeguard your orders. For orders under $100, the protection costs only $1.95. For orders over $100, the cost is 2.5% of the order total. 

    How do I file a claim for my lost, stolen, or damaged package?

    If you insured your order with Route Package Protection at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a claim. Filing a claim can be done through the Route Claims Portal.

    Note: Make sure to have your Commando PO Number and/or the Route Order ID ready to use with the claim form.

    Open your email from Route. In the email, copy your Route Order ID as you will need it to file the claim. File a claim with Route.

    If I return my order, will I be refunded the amount paid for Route insurance?

    No,  Route's Package Protection is non-refundable. It's considered a final sale add-on, so once you include it with your order, it cannot be taken off or credited back if you return your purchase.


    Shopify Pay

    Shopify Pay - shop your way, pay your way

    Checkout securely with Shopify Pay. Shopify will use your email address to recognize your shipping and billing information for a fast and secure checkout. Once you opt in to Shopify Pay, you will be asked to share the following information: 

    • Email address
    • Mobile phone number (used for SMS verification)
    • Billing, shipping, and credit card information
    • Credit card information for a valid credit card, including the CVV

    A  6-digit verification code will be sent to your phone to verify your information. Your privacy and security are important to us, with Shopify Pay your personal information stays safe and secure.

    If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, your data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase. After the transaction is complete, your transaction data is deleted.
