JOB SUMMARY

As the Digital Marketing & Customer Care Coordinator you will work closely with the digital marketing team to provide daily support for the brand website and digital marketing initiatives. In this position you will be responsible for customer service inquiries, closely maintaining web updates, merchandising, product reviews, on-site UGC content and more.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Consistently provide genuine, friendly, personable and professional customer service; prepare orders accurately and efficiently with attention to detail
  • Coordinate launch of new products to brand site. This includes ensuring product is added to the website, requesting product page copy, images, and any additional content needed for launch
  • Web merchandising
  • Web content updates which may include (and not limited to) promotions, homepage, blog, product pages, etc
  • Monitor and maintain product review platform; actively respond to website reviews to create a clear line of communication with consumers

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 - 2 yrs customer service experience
  • 1 - 2 yrs experience in working with customer service e-commerce platform (Ex. Shopify, Magento, Demandware, etc)
  • Self-starter and eager to evolve knowledge in the digital space
  • Team player and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Solid understanding of website functionality and digital marketing programming
  • Familiar with SEO and Google Ads
  • Understanding of analytics and consumer research
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
  • Ability to work to time constraints, independently and with teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
