Digital Marketing Manager

Overall Responsibility:  Manage marketing and merchandising of consumer website to maximize sales

Supervision Received:  This position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing

Supervision Exercised: None

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Manage direct to consumer web marketing & merchandising
  • Work with marketing manager to ensure alignment between the website and the broader brand
  • Merchandise the website to maximize sales of each visitor
  • Drive average order, conversion rate and overall traffic
  • Outline annual plan for outbound email campaigns for DTC channel
  • Manage & Merchandise Joor, wholesale website
  • Manage digital marketing spend and report of key metrics
  • Serve as contact for outsourced website resources and oversee activities including but not limited to:
    • Abandon Cart
    • Google Analytics
    • SEO
    • CPC
    • Remarketing & Retargeting
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Follow all ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by the company and the department
  • Adhere to commando’s inventory control procedures

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years relevant professional experience in e-commerce / digital marketing, preferably with experience in email marketing and/or experience working in a web platform  
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to react to shifting priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Strong attention to detail
