Commando is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead Commando’s digital strategy, e-commerce website, and digital partners. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a wealth of experience in eCommerce. The Digital Marketing Manager will strive to increase revenue and drive brand awareness.  


Key Areas of Responsibility:  

  • Manage the execution of digital marketing strategy to achieve goals  
  • Manage direct to consumer web marketing & merchandising  
  • Partner with Brand Marketing team to ensure alignment between the website and the broader brand message, media placements, and initiatives  
  • Drive average order, conversion rate and overall traffic  
  • Produce reports analyzing performance of 
  • Manage & optimize eCRM database and delivery of email campaigns
  • Manage digital marketing spend and report of key metrics  
  • Partner with & support management of digital agencies and partners  
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity for optimization on 
  • Serve as contact for outsourced website resources and oversee activities including but not limited to: SEM, SEO, and paid social 

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent  
  • 5-7 years relevant professional experience in e-commerce/digital marketing, preferably with experience in email marketing and/or experience working in a web platform
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to react to shifting priorities  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
  • Keen attention to detail
