Commando is looking for a driven team-player to join our busy Marketing team! The Digital Marketing Specialist will support commando's e-commerce website, digital strategies, direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives & conduct ongoing performance analysis to identify new areas of opportunity.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Work within the marketing team to ensure alignment between the website and broader brand message, media placements, and initiatives
  • Help manage content on, including product uploads and the product detail page optimizations
  • Focus on web optimizations to drive average order, conversion rate & overall traffic
  • Analyze website performance, as well as other key data sets to identify areas of opportunity
  • Partner with eCommerce Specialist & Customer Care team to ensure website experience and customer experience is holistic and on-brand
  • Stay on top of trends and changes in digital marketing and advertising, advising any shifts that could impact site performance.
  • Perform market research to identify emerging opportunities, analyze competitor behavior, and generate ideas for content creation & website optimization
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Follow all ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by the company and the department
  • Adhere to commando's inventory control procedures
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Work experience in marketing desired
  • Familiarity with Klayvio, Shopify, SEO a plus
  • Understanding of Facebook Ads, Google Ads & Google Analytics a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to react to shifting priorities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Must be driven and passionate about the brand
