Commando is looking for a detail-oriented team player to join our Product Development team! The Product Development Coordinator will coordinate and assist with the product development process from conceptualization to production pass off.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Execute garment technical renderings using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Develop artwork for prints using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Contribute to Tech Pack creation
  • Develop content and artwork for garment labels
  • Inspect and measure garment samples
  • Place purchase orders for raw materials needed for sample making
  • Follow up with vendors on raw material inquiries and purchase orders
  • Reference timeline/deadlines to ensure that development process is on schedule
  • Coordinate fabric testing with third party labs
  • Inspect and approve bulk submissions from raw material vendors
  • Coordinate raw materials for sample making
  • Cut samples for sewing as needed
  • Coordinate over dyeing of raw materials for sample making

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication
  • Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
