Commando is looking for an energetic team player to join the Specialty & Boutique Sales team as our Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn the basic sales functions & have the ability to work independently. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the company’s sales initiative through wholesale customer service, product information management, customer information management, reporting and administrative duties.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails for wholesale sales, offering superior customer service
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Fulfillment through order tracking, prioritizing, and order management
  • Manage RTVs and quality issues for our wholesale customers
  • Manage order discrepancies as they arise
  • Assist the sales team with entering orders, printing call tags and processing returns
  • Sample management: tracking/pulling samples for tradeshows, appointments & market meetings
  • Assist Specialty & Boutique Sales Manager with wholesale website maintenance and management
  • Assist department store team with order entry, samples, gratis, and market requests
  • Liaison between Sales & IT, initiating system support as necessary
  • Customer catalogue management

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

  • Highly organized including follow-through skills
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite
  • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple demands with the ability to work independently
