Join our dynamic sales team and help nurture and develop our sales organization while managing national accounts. We’re looking for a motivated, strategic, and tactical leader to oversee our boutique team, drive sales, and build strong partnership.

Responsibilities include:
·       Supervise the boutique sales team, the Customer Service Representative, and commando’s relationships with our outside boutique reps
·       Oversee the teams’ work with buy teams to optimize replenishment and assortment and ensure new, seasonal style orders
·       Lead the management of all boutique accounts, providing hands-on strategic & tactical leadership to the boutique sales team
·       Develop incentive plan for boutique sales team        
·       Maximize sales growth by utilizing strong analytical skills with the ability to build a strong rapport within department
·       Create sales forecast for boutique channel 
·       Develop sales strategy to deliver year-over-year growth 
·       Drive sales with current product offering while providing strategic focus on new product line sell-in
·       Manage tradeshow planning and execution
·       Manage the sale of off-price merchandise, maximizing both sell-through and margin contribution
·       Review & analyze weekly selling reports, making recommendations to management and sales teams
·       Communicate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
·       This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing

Desired skills & experience:
·       5 plus years of relevant experience 
·       Strong organization and analytical skills
·       Buyer experience
·       Maturity and ability to work independently
·       Wholesale sales experience is a plus 
·       Must be driven and passionate about the brand
·       Occasional travel required
