Overall Responsibility: Maximizing sales and profitability growth by utilizing strong analytical financial skills
Supervision Received: This position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Develop sales and margin strategy to deliver in season and long term plans
- Collaborate and analyze sales forecast to minimize on hand inventory while maximizing product availability
- Assist in driving sales at all channels through efficient reporting and analysis
- Create and communicate growth plans for key accounts
- Review & analyze selling and retailer profitably reports, making recommendations to management and sales teams
- Responsible for budgeting and planning markdown assistance and RTVs with majors
- Collaborate with production to ensure we are maximizing our investments
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
- Strong organization and analytical skills
- Planning experience
- Maturity and ability to work independently
- Occasional travel required
- Must be driven and passionate about the brand
