Commando is searching for a Supply Chain Manager to play a critical role in the development and implementation of Commando’s strategic plan.  The Supply Chain Manager is part of the operations team responsible for managing and sourcing outside contractors and suppliers, both domestic and international.  We are looking for highly organized and perceptive individuals who can lead overlapping projects, keep track of deadlines, and efficiently use their time. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are required.  The Supply Chain Manager will be a self- starter to take initiative and manage the production lifecycle to ensure timely and successful availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and maintain supply chain strategies to support product lifecycle management both domestic and international
  • Establish, own and manage capacity plans and strategies for the manufacturing network
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with suppliers and contractors
  • Work with cross-functional team to analyze supply chain and implement strategies to mitigate supply risks
  • Establish and maintain inventory management policies and strategies
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators to analyze and monitor supply performance
  • Evaluate and Analyze supply scenarios and trade-offs and develop recommendations to senior leadership


  • College degree or above in engineering, operations management, logistics, supply chain or related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • At least 10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management and manufacturing functions
  • Exceptional ability to work in cross-functional environments and to influence without direct reporting relationships
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both within and external to the organization
  • Strong negotiations skills with demonstrated ability to generate cost savings
  • Outstanding written and communication skills
