All orders for in-stock items will ship within 2 business days. Expedited orders (next day and second day air) placed weekdays by noon EST will ship on the same business day. Delivery times will vary based on your shipping address. We will send you shipping confirmation and a tracking number when your order is shipped. Click here to see approximate transit times. Please note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped through the US Postal Service. Expedited service is not currently available to Alaska and Hawaii.
Additionally, we only ship within the United States. However, some of our products are available to ship internationally through the following retailers: nordstrom.com, shopbop.com; netaporter.com; and barenecessities.com.

We gladly accept returns on slips, tops, swim and accessories within 14 days of delivery, if unworn or unopened. However, sales of commando bottoms and boxed legwear are final. Please be sure to choose the correct size and color when purchasing these items. After all, would you like it if we sent you returned underwear?
All sale items are final sale and non-returnable.
All items should be unworn, with original tags attached, or in original, unopened packaging. Enclose a copy of your order, and indicate whether you would like to exchange or return for a refund. Please note the reason for your return, as your comments help us with future product development.

We will refund your credit card within five (5) business days of receiving the return. Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If you’d like an alternate item, please clearly indicate the style, size and color you’d like. We’ll send it out without additional shipping and handling charges.
Errors or Damaged Merchandise
