All orders for in-stock items will ship within 2 business days. Expedited orders (next day and second day air) placed weekdays by noon EST will ship on the same business day. Delivery times will vary based on your shipping address. We will send you shipping confirmation and a tracking number when your order is shipped. Click here to see approximate transit times. Please note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped through the US Postal Service. Expedited service is not currently available to Alaska and Hawaii. 

Additionally, we only ship within the United States. However, if you need shipping internationally, please email us and we would be happy to recommend another website for you that carries our product.

2014 Holiday Shipping Schedule

The commando offices are closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Christmas Week (12/22-12/26). All orders will be processed on the next business day.

Our offices will be closed on Thursday, November 27th and Friday, November 28th. All orders placed over the holiday weekend will ship on Monday, December 1st.

Our offices will be closed Christmas week. If you would like to receive your order in time for the holiday, please keep these important dates in mind. Please note: All orders being sent via USPS Ground service must be placed by Tuesday, December 16th to guarantee holiday delivery. Need a little more time? Choose one of these expedited shipping options.

We gladly accept returns on slips, tops, swim and accessories within 14 days of delivery, if unworn or unopened. However, sales of commando bottoms and commando legwear are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Please be sure to choose the correct size and color when purchasing these items. After all, would you like it if we sent you returned underwear?

All sale items are final sale and non-returnable.

Return Instructions
All items should be unworn, with original tags attached, or in original, unopened packaging. Enclose a copy of your order, and indicate whether you would like to exchange or return for a refund. Please note the reason for your return, as your comments help us with future product development.

We will refund your credit card within five (5) business days of receiving the return. Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you’d like an alternate item, please clearly indicate the style, size and color you’d like. We’ll send it out without additional shipping and handling charges.

Errors or Damaged Merchandise
We admit it….we’re not perfect! In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please e-mail, or call us at 800.506.6880 within ten (10) business days.
