Customer Service & Sales Coordinator

Overall Responsibility:  Responsible for supporting the company sale’s initiatives through product information management, reporting, analysis and administrative duties.  

Supervision Received:  This position reports to the Sales Director

Supervision Exercised:  None

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Customer Service specific responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and handle all customer service calls for wearcommando website and boutiques
  • Enter boutique orders received through email or corporate website, including orders received from outside reps
  • Notify accounts of inventory availability and ship window status as necessary
  • Obtain credit card information from boutique accounts to allow for timely shipping of orders
  • Process order replacements & mis-ships for boutique orders and wearcommando orders
  • Coordinate RTV process for boutique channel

Sales Coordination specific responsibilities:

  • Update email database with new boutique account information
  • Update customer file with new boutique account information received at tradeshows
  • Serve as sales contact for fulfillment leads
  • Assist Sales, Marketing & PR team as needed
  • Enter PR orders
  • Provide sales support to boutique reps, ensuring that they have appropriate samples, marketing materials, and information.  
  • Partner with accounting on boutique accounts payable management
  • Execute daily reporting and notify the boutique team of needed actions as appropriate
  • Update boutique sales team regarding product availability
  • Prepare product and displays for shipping to all tradeshows.  Upon completion of tradeshow, review all materials and organize appropriately
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Follow all ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by the company and the department
  • Adhere to commando’s inventory control procedures

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

  • Highly organized including follow-through skills
  • Excel/computer skills required
  • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple demands with the ability to work independently
  • 1- 2 years of related customer service experience
