Stick to it: If you want to go braless (but also want to hide your nipples), Young recommends silicone pasties rather than stickers. "If your dress is at all sheer, you can usually see the outline of the sticker," she says. "I prefer round Commando Top Hats. You wet them and press them on, and they mold to the shape of your body. They make you look like a Barbie doll."
