Q: How do I process a Return or Exchange?

A: Please note we only accept returns from items purchased on wearcommando.com. We cannot accept or process returns & exchanges from retail stores and other online retailers. All returns and exchanges purchased from retail stores and other online retailers must be returned at their location of purchase.

Q: How soon will I get my refund once I submit a return?

A: Once your items are received and inspected by our warehouse, you'll receive your refund. This normally happens within two weeks of receiving your return.

Q: Can I return an item that I purchased from another retailer?

A: We only accept returns from items purchased on wearcommando.com. We cannot accept or process returns & exchanges from retail stores and other online retailers. All returns and exchanges purchased from retail stores and other online retailers must be returned at their location of purchase.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Delivery times will vary based on your shipping address. Most packages will arrive within 3-10 business days. All orders for in-stock items will ship within 2-5 business days upon receipt of order.

We will send you a shipping confirmation and a tracking number when your order is shipped so that you can track delivery more closely. For any urgent issues please call our offices at 800-506-6880 x 5.

Important Update Regarding Shipping:

To ensure the health and safety of our staff, we have updated our shipping & logistics processes. Because of this, you may see some shipping delays for orders placed online. We thank you for your understanding.

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?

A: At this time we only ship within the United States. If you are an international customer please see our list of stockists here.

Q: Can I edit my order after it has been placed?

A: Orders may be changed within 1 hour after being placed. Changes needed to orders placed over the weekend must be communicated within the first hour of the following business day. If you need to edit your order within this window, please e-mail info@wearcommando.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you're past this time-frame, simply process a normal return or exchange for the correct item.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour after being placed. Orders placed over the weekend must be canceled or changed within the first hour of the following business day. Please e-mail info@wearcommando.com if you would like to cancel your order.
