North East & International Account Manager | Boutique Sales

As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our brand's presence. From managing boutique and specialty accounts to attending tradeshows and fostering key relationships with buyers, your role will be dynamic and impactful. Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Manage boutique and specialty accounts within your assigned territory
- Consistently achieve targeted monthly sales goals for territory
- Conduct regular visits to key stores and regions to maintain relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Strategize and execute plans for tradeshows to showcase our brand effectively
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with boutique buyers
- Enter and manage account orders efficiently to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs effectively
- Generate insightful reports to track and optimize performance in your assigned region
- Proactively identify and pursue potential new accounts through outreach and follow-up strategies
- Develop innovative selling strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand visibility
- Navigate and comply with international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs procedures
- Coordinate with international logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Develop innovative selling strategies to drive sales growth and boost brand awareness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors and retail partners
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and risks
- Proactively identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may impact sales performance or customer satisfaction
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
- Possess 5 years of wholesale sales experience in the fashion industry, with a focus on international markets
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel as required to fulfill job responsibilities
- Exhibit maturity and the ability to work independently
- Display a strong drive and passion for the Commando brand
- Maintain a keen interest in fashion and stay updated on current fashion trends
- Strong understanding of international business practices and market dynamics
- Experience with international shipping, logistics, and customs regulations
