Fulfillment Associate

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring all items are handled with care and meet the specific requirements of each order. Verify orders for accuracy before shipping to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Box, tag, hang and scan garments following company standards and guidelines. Ensure that all items are correctly labeled and presented, maintaining the high quality our customers expect.
  • Assist with the production of embellished garments, including adding custom details and finishes. Maintain consistency and quality control throughout the production process.
  • Participate in regular physical inventories, helping to count and verify stock levels. Report discrepancies and assist in resolving inventory issues to ensure accurate stock management.
  • Perform various warehouse duties such as organizing and maintaining storage areas, restocking supplies, and keeping the workspace clean and orderly. Assist with the receiving and processing of incoming shipments.
  • Support other fulfillment and warehouse tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to help wherever needed to ensure smooth operations.

 

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

  • Ability to carefully review orders and ensure accuracy in picking, packing, scanning and shipping to maintain high quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Ability to switch between tasks and adapt to changing priorities as needed. Willingness to cross-train and assist in all areas of fulfillment, as well as support other departments within the company when needed.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Capability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively without constant supervision.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift 30-50 lbs for extended periods as required in a warehouse environment.
