 Key Responsibilities:

• Educate the Commando customer about brand and products
• Drive sales at floor level and ensure that product presentation is on point
• A high level of product knowledge in order to speak to the product line, our fabrics, fit, and care of them
• Deliver superior service in all areas of store experience 
• Help maintain a welcoming, clean and organized store environment

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

• Become a Commando brand advocate - being able to communicate our brand is equally as important as selling our merchandise
• Strong organizational skills and professionalism
• Support the creation and execution of in-store activations
• Previous retail experience and a solid understanding and commitment to customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills & ability to build strong rapport with department teams
• Flexibility, all shifts needed including weekdays & weekends 
• Think like an owner - show up every day as if this was your store, your brand
