Overall Responsibility:  Assist major and boutique teams in meeting monthly sales goals, preparing for trade shows, and providing exceptional customer service to all wholesale accounts.

Supervision Received:  This position reports to the Sales Director

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Customer Service specific responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and handling customer service calls for boutiques
  • Enter sales orders as necessary
  • Notify accounts of inventory availability and shipment status as necessary
  • Obtain credit card information from boutique accounts to allow for timely processing and shipping of orders
  • Process order replacements and coordinate returns for boutique swaps and mis-ships

Sales Coordination specific responsibilities:

  • Update email database with new boutique accounts and contact information as necessary
  • Assist Sales, Marketing & PR team as needed
  • Provide sales support to boutique reps, ensuring that they have appropriate samples, marketing materials, and information
  • Manages samples for current and future seasons. Ensures all samples arrive to major, mini major, tradeshows, and boutiques complete and on time
  • Manages gratis orders for majors, mini majors, and boutique team
  • Partner with accounting on boutique accounts payable management
  • Update sales team regarding product availability
  • Tradeshows:
    • Prepare displays, compile supplies, pack samples, and coordinate shipping to/from all tradeshows  
    • Upon completion of the tradeshow, reorganize all samples and create new customer profile forms
  • Satisfies image and UPC requests for major, mini major, and boutique accounts
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

  • Highly organized including follow-through skills
  • Excel/computer skills required
  • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple demands with the ability to work independently
  • 1- 2 years of related customer service experience
